Rescue Goes Mutual Aid To Dumont

| On Tuesday April 11, 2006 at 1404 hrs, Rescue 746 was requested to the scene of a working house fire in the Borough of Dumont. Chief Hartung (740) responded with the rescue to the scene. Career Lieutenant Jim Kirsch was the officer on the rig and upon their arrival; the crew was instructed to assist Dumont units with overhaul. The fire was located in the bathroom and walls on the second floor of a home located at 146 Magnolia Ave. Bergenfield was released and back in service by 1515 hrs. |
